Bollywood star Aamir Khan has commenced filming for “Sitaare Zameen Par,” directed by RS Prasanna.
Multiple Indian media outlets reported that Aamir Khan is currently shooting for “Sitaare Zameen Par” in Vadodara, India, following the release of a viral video showing him filming scenes in Delhi.
After wrapping up the Delhi schedule, the “3 Idiots” star has moved to Vadodara for the next phase of shooting, as reported by Pinkvilla, citing a source.
“The superstar is rigorously shooting in the scorching heat to stay on schedule,” the source added.
The social dramedy will focus on Down Syndrome, a condition often stigmatized in society.
“Aamir Khan found a heartfelt story that sheds light on Down Syndrome and the experiences of those dealing with it. He aims to handle the subject with sensitivity and create an impactful film that promotes equality and understanding for those with the syndrome,” a source close to the film’s development said.
